Cancellation & Late Policies
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
Please provide at least 24-hour notice
Same-day cancellations and No-shows are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and will incur a cancellation fee.
You will receive an email and text confirmation of your appointment with the opportunity to reschedule before any fees are applied.
