How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations include a skin analysis, routine review, and personalized treatment/product recommendations.

 Consultation deposit: $50 (applied toward any service or product).

**Pro Tip: If you want a treatment the same day, just book a Hydrafacial — it’s the perfect starting point for first-time clients and it has enough time to review your skin goals and create a custom skin journey/treatment plan.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

  • Discontinue retinol + acids for 48 hours

  • Come hydrated (easier extractions)

  • Fill out intake forms - these will be sent via email prior to your appointment

  • Bring photos of your current products

How often should I get facials or skin treatments?

Every 4–6 weeks for best results. Consistency supports long-term improvements in texture, clarity, and hydration.

Can I book a virtual consultation?

Yes, virtual consultations are available for non-local clients or anyone seeking product guidance. A $50 deposit is required and can be applied towards future treatments or products.

Do you offer memberships or package bundles?

Yes. Glow Club memberships include monthly treatments and exclusive perks. Check back monthly for specials and package deals!

Are treatments safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All treatments can be tailored to sensitive, reactive, or compromised skin.

What if I’m pregnant or breastfeading?

Hydrafacial does offer some pregnancy-safe options. We will adjust all products and tools to ensure safety. Some treatments may be modified or substituted. We will cover all things approved during your appointment.
